John Deere manufactures a range of lawn, garden, and turf products. The John Deere model 110, introduced in 1963, was the company’s first lawn tractor and was manufactured in Horicon, Wisconsin. Horicon remains the home of Deere’s lawn and garden line, although the products are now built in a number of locations. Deere sells its premium range of lawn and garden tractors through the John Deere dealer network while an economy line is also sold at home-improvement stores.
